ShopFluxx says most import orders take 2 to 4 weeks after confirmation. That sentence is true and still useless if you do not know which week you are in. This is the week-by-week version. The live overview stays ShopFluxx Delivery Guide: How Long Import Orders Take. The money page for the window is Delivery. Do not try to outrank that page with this post. Use this post when you are staring at a quiet tracker.

These weeks are a class of freight, not a courier logo. Air vs sea for shoppers is a later comparison. Peak season adds buffer. Your catalog order and your 1688 link order share this physics once the China buy is done. The link may spend extra days in week 1.

Week 1 in China

Payment confirmed is not the same as a plane leaving. Week 1 is sourcing. For a catalog SKU, ShopFluxx confirms the goods and gets them to the China consolidation point we use. For a 1688 link, week 1 includes placing the China-side order, waiting on a seller who might be slow, and catching a substitution before it is packed.

You may see no international tracking number. That is normal. China domestic movement does not look like a Lagos dispatch SMS. If you message every day in week 1, you will get the same sentence: we are buying and receiving. Save the energy for a real stuck status later.

What can go wrong in week 1, honestly:

  • Seller out of the variant you paid for. We tell you. We do not silently ship a cousin SKU if you wrote “do not substitute.”
  • Listing was a trap we should have refused. Better a week-1 no than a week-4 surprise.
  • Your 1688 packet was vague. Week 1 stretches while we ask for screenshots you could have sent on day 0. See How to Send a 1688 Link.

What does not go wrong in week 1: Nigeria Customs. The parcel is not in Nigeria yet. Anyone texting you an “NCS fee” in week 1 while the goods are still in China is running a script. Trust patterns are in fake agent tells and the live safety post Is It Safe to Order Online from an Import Store?.

Week 2 freight

Week 2 is goods moving internationally, or waiting for a consolidation that makes the flight make sense. Fashion parcels are often air-class. Bulk resale may wait for a heavier plan. ShopFluxx quotes a window, not “DHL 3 days,” because the product is import freight plus a Lagos hub, not a branded envelope from a US warehouse.

Scans can be ugly. A parcel can sit on one status while the plane exists. A tracking number can appear late. Copy-paste tracking from a random email that is not our channel is how people get phished. If we give you a number, use it. If we have not, do not invent one from a Telegram group.

Week 2 is also where capacity bites: Chinese holidays, peak Christmas freight, or a booked-out lane. The window is 2 to 4 weeks because week 2 is not a metronome. We will not promise a logo to make the wait feel premium. Air vs sea for shoppers: China to Nigeria: Air Freight vs Sea Freight for Shoppers.

If you ordered on a date that already ignored December congestion, week 2 will not apologize. Plan events using the late end of the window. Christmas cutoff content comes in November on this calendar.

Weeks 3 to 4 in Nigeria

By weeks 3 to 4 the parcel should be in the Nigeria path: arrival, the handling we do, Lagos hub, then last mile to you. This is where “2 weeks” people get angry if they counted from Paystack as if it were Jumia Express. Count from confirmation, include week 1, and the fourth week is still inside the published class.

Clearance and handover are not a YouTube customs broker course. ShopFluxx handles the path we quoted. No store can promise Nigeria Customs Service will never assess anything on every goods type. We will not sell “duty-free guaranteed.” Personal vs commercial and the $300 de minimis story get their own posts. For this timeline: extra days can appear here without meaning the parcel is lost.

Last mile fails look ordinary: wrong phone, estate security that will not take a parcel, an address that is a bus stop. Fix the address on the order, not in a voice note after the rider has left Ikeja. Nationwide delivery from Lagos is the live post Lagos to Abuja: How ShopFluxx Delivers Nationwide. Hub definition is Lagos Hub: How Nationwide Delivery Starts.

What “Lagos hub” means

Lagos hub means: import parcels are received and prepared for Nigerian last mile in Lagos. It does not mean a Chinese factory on the island. It does not mean your bag was sitting in Computer Village since January. Inventing a warehouse myth makes week 1 and week 2 look like lies. They are not lies. They are China-side time.

From the hub, Lagos addresses and other cities diverge. Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Kano add last-mile days. We will not publish 36 doorway city pages. We will say: one hub, many cities, extra days are usually last mile plus address quality, not a second ocean crossing.

Unpacking at the hub is also where obvious packing damage can be seen. It is not a full factory audit of every stitch. QC expectations get a later post. Do not assume we opened your 1688 dress and modeled it.

How to read status without panicking

Statuses you will actually meet, in plain language:

  1. Payment received. Naira job done. China job starting.
  2. Sourcing / China receive. Week 1. Quiet is normal.
  3. In freight. Week 2-ish. Scans may lag.
  4. In Nigeria / hub. Weeks 3 to 4. Last mile setup.
  5. Out for delivery or pickup. Your phone should work.

Gaps of several days between 2 and 3 are not automatically a loss. Panic if: payment took and no order ID exists; the published window is blown with no message; a stranger wants a new fee to a new account. Then use FAQ and Contact with the order ID.

Tracking after the warehouse gets its own how-to later. For now: the number is a clue, not a GPS ankle bracelet. How It Works is the process hub. Shop and Shop from 1688 are the doors into this timeline.

Wait like an importer, not like a food app. ShopFluxx helps people in Nigeria import from China. The 2 to 4 week sentence is an operations window. This page is what each week is for, so you can tell boredom from a real problem.

FAQ

Does 2 to 4 weeks include last mile in Abuja?

The window is the import class after confirmation, including the usual path to you. Remote addresses and failed deliveries can add days. Read Delivery for the current wording.

Why is there no tracking on day 4?

Week 1 is often China buy and receive. International numbers appear later. Day 4 silence is common.

Can I upgrade to “express 5 days” after I pay?

Not as a magic toggle on this product. If a faster lane exists for a specific shipment, support will say so. Do not pay a WhatsApp courier who claims they hijacked your bag.

Is sea always 4 weeks and air always 2?

No. Shoppers on this store are usually on the published window, not a freight-forwarder RFQ. See the air vs sea shopper post.

What if week 4 ends and I have nothing?

Message Contact with the order ID and the last status you saw. That is a real ticket. Week 1 quiet is not.

Does Lagos hub mean I must pick up in Lagos?

No. Hub is where nationwide last mile starts. Pickup vs courier handover is an operations detail we will confirm on the order. Most customers receive, they do not tour the hub.
