How do I order?

Browse our catalog, add items to cart, and checkout. Pay securely with Paystack. A ShopFluxx account is created automatically from your name and email — guest checkout is not available.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Every order requires an account so we can link your purchase and send status updates. Your account is created at checkout; you will receive an email to set your password.

How long does delivery take?

Typically 2–4 weeks from order confirmation. See Delivery & Shipping.

Can I track my order?

Yes — after checkout you are taken to your order page. Anytime later, log in to My Account → Orders for live status and a visual timeline.

What order statuses will I see?

Order received → Sourcing → In warehouse → In transit → Out for delivery → Delivered.

What if I need something not listed?

Contact us — we can source many products from China on request.
