How delivery works

1. Order received: payment confirmed; your ShopFluxx account is ready.
2. Sourcing: we place your order with trusted suppliers in China.
3. In warehouse: item received at our consolidation warehouse.
4. In transit: international freight to your country.
5. Out for delivery: last-mile delivery to your address.
6. Delivered: order complete.

Track every stage in My Account → Orders. You will also receive email updates when your status changes.

Delivery times

Typical delivery: 2-4 weeks depending on product type and customs processing. Exact timelines are confirmed after order.

Shipping fees

Shipping is not charged at checkout. Your order is consolidated at our warehouse and the shipping fee is calculated when the goods arrive in Nigeria and are weighed. We confirm the amount with you before dispatch. You can request repacking at checkout and we will remove original boxes and bulky packaging where it is safe to do so, which lowers the weight and the fee.
