How to Send a 1688 Link to ShopFluxx

Competitors stop at “send us the 1688 link.” That sentence produces wrong colors, wrong sizes, and tickets that cannot be solved. Copy the listing URL, not a homepage
Open the product on 1688. Copy the address bar. You want a URL that points at one listing, usually with an offer or product ID in it. You do not want:
- 1688.com with no path (the homepage).
- A search results page for “bag.”
- A seller shop index with dozens of SKUs.
- A short link that dies in a week.
- A screenshot of a live stream with no listing underneath.
If the mobile app hides the URL, use the share function and paste whatever link it produces, then also screenshot the listing header. We would rather have a redundant URL than a pretty photo of a dress with no identity.
If you found the item on Instagram, go back to 1688 and find the listing. An IG crop is not a SKU. If you cannot find the listing, say so. We cannot buy a vibe.
One URL per request is cleaner. If you have three listings, number them 1, 2, 3, each with its own screenshots. Mixing three shops in one paragraph is how the cheap SKU gets ordered from the expensive shop.
Variants, color, and size notes
1688 prices often live in a table: color, size, quantity breaks. The number you saw in the header may be the cheapest SKU, not yours. Click (or tap) the variant you want until the price table highlights it. Then write, in English or in the Chinese labels copied as-is:
- Color as written on the listing, not “the nice brown.”

- Quantity, and whether you are mixing colors.
- Any add-on: lining, logo, gift box, that the listing sells as a separate SKU.
For clothing, S/M/L on China listings is a rumor. Send bust, waist, hip, and length in cm. How to measure is a later post. For this SOP, numbers beat adjectives. For shoes, foot length in mm. If you are ordering for someone else, measure them. Do not send “she is UK 10.”
If you will accept a close color, say the range. If you will not, write “do not substitute.” Silent substitution is a 1688 hobby. Your note is the brake.
Screenshots that prevent wrong goods
Translation captions are not evidence. Screenshots are. Minimum set:
- Top of the listing: title, price range, seller name.
- The SKU/price table with your row visible.
- The selected color and size chips, if the UI shows them.
- Any size chart in cm, even if it is a blurry factory graphic.
- Your own overlay: a circle, an arrow, or a text note on the image that says “THIS ROW.”

Do not send 18 screenshots of the same hero image from different zooms. Send the five that identify money, variant, and seller.

What if the URL is in Chinese characters only?
Paste it anyway. UTF-8 URLs are fine. Pair with screenshots.
How many items can I put in one request?
Several, if each has its own URL and variant notes. Huge mixed carts may need splitting for freight or MOQ. We will say so on the quote.
Do you need my 1688 account?

When will I get a quote?

Can I change the color after I pay?
